President and Founder of Legends, Joe Palmisano has been passionate about Sports and Collecting for over 35 years. He started as an avid collector with a passion for Rare and Unique Authentic Autographs. Joe’s extensive background in marketing has a storied history of developing proprietary products for some of the most recognized figures in American Retail History. Some of Joe’s previous clients include Sam Walton (Founder of Wal-Mart), Martha Stewart (Founder of Martha Stewart Living), Ty Warner (Founder of Ty Co.), and John Menard (Founder of Menards). Joe has also serviced and developed products for other fine retailers such as Target, K-Mart, Sears, Family Dollar, Dollar General, Walgreens, Shopko and many more.

Joe recognized his true passion for Sports and Collecting and wanted to see if he could really do what he loved for a living. Through his many years as an avid collector he discovered a need for a Sports Memorabilia Company that he could trust. He started by developing a high quality line of sports collector’s cases in his own plastic injection molding facility which is still in full production today. This ability to produce cases for some of the larger Sports Companies gave Joe an insight and opportunity to see what he felt was lacking in the Sports Industry. Through his great relationships and encouragement from many Legends of the Field was born.

Legends of the Field prides itself on its incredible team of highly trained sports marketing representatives. This Team is led by General Manager, Jason Sarchet. Jason has been with the Legends Corporate Team since its inception. Jason graduated with a degree in Sports Management from the University of Liberty.

Developing its reputation for unique Authentic Products, high customer demand led Legends of the Field to open its own State of the Art 8,000 square foot Distribution Center in 2006.

To better service its customers Legends opened a 4,000 square ft Gallery in Hartland, WI in 2007. Customers that have visited the Gallery describe Legends Gallery as “Jaw dropping” “A Hall of Fame Experience” “A Sports Memorabilia Shop on Steroids”

Many whom visit the Gallery include Dealers, Collectors, and Corporations. Legends Gallery and staff specialize in providing No Risk items for Charity Auctions and Fund Raising Events. In 2008 Legends opened its 2nd Full Service Licensed Retail Store in Delafield, WI.
