We will not accept returns on any
autographed items due to the nature of the memorabilia business. All sales of
autographed memorabilia are final. Refunds on autographed memorabilia will only
be processed if an item was damaged during shipping, or if we mailed an
incorrect item. We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. In both cases,
please see below instructions for “Online Returns”, we must receive the item(s)
in return before a refund is processed.
All non-autographed items returned at the customer’s request with no issue, and
with receipt, will receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase date.
All items being returned must have receipt, no returns will be accepted without
a receipt. Greater than 30 days we will not accept returns. Vintage and game
used items cannot be returned. Signing tickets and Custom Framing cannot be
refunded or returned.
All merchandise is considered to
belong to the customer until we receive it back in satisfactory condition.
Refund will not be issued until merchandise is received by Legends of the
Field. We suggest customers (for their own protection) ship the package back to
us insured for the purchase value. If for any reason the customer is not
satisfied with purchase, please carefully follow the return instructions:
1.Please contact Legends of the Field
at 262-521-8004 for your Return Authorization Number (RA). All items being
returned must have receipt. No returns will be accepted without copy of

purchase date) at the customer’s request with no issue, will incur a 15%
re-stocking fee up to a maximum of $50. Items that are returned with no RA
number will also incur this fee. Greater than 30 days we will not accept

3.In order to receive credit, we
require that you:
merchandise must have original receipt enclosed.
receive refund, item must be in good condition, with no damage or tampering.
merchandise must be returned in original carton and packaging.
credit will be issued if any of the above is missing.
will refund shipping and handling charges only if our merchandise was damaged,
defective or shipped to you in error.
